(3) Why do Christians not believe that Muhammad is a prophet? (3)
Muhammad wearing his wife Aisha's dress while receiving the revelation (the angel Gabriel)
Hadiths narrate that Muhammad was receiving Gabriel while wearing Aisha’s dress. What is the relationship between Aisha’s dress and revelation (the angel Gabriel)? Another hadith narrates that Muhammad was wearing Aisha’s dress and sitting in his bed, exposing his leg and thigh. He received Abu Bakr and Omar ibn al-Khattab, but he was shy of Othman when he entered and adjusted his clothes. There is no logical explanation for this immoral behavior. The amazing symptoms of Muhammad's prophecy and women First: Symptoms of the Muhammadan revelation and Khadija bint Khuwaylid, Muhammad’s first wife.. Muhammad receives the revelation (the angel Gabriel) with terror and fear حديث ترويه : عائشة أم المؤمنين | المحدث : البخاري | المصدر : صحيح البخاري | الصفحة أو الرقم : 4953 | خلاصة حكم المحدث : [صحيح] تقول عائشة : [( أول ما بدئ به رسول الله من الوحي هو الرؤيا الصادفة في النوم، فكان لا يرى رؤيا إلا جاءت مثل فلق الصبح، ثم حُبِب إليه الخلوة، وكان يخلو في غار حراء، يتحنث (يتعبد) فيه الليالي ذوات العدد، قبل أن ينزع إلى أهله ويتزود لذلك، ثم يرجع إلى خديجة فيتزود لمثلها، حتى جاءه الحق وهو في غار حراء، فجاءه الملَك فقال: اقرأ، قلت: ما أنا بقارئ، قال: فأخذني فغطني حتى بلغ مني الجَهد، ثم أرسلني فقال اقرأ، قلت: ما أنا بقارئ، قال فغطني الثانية حتى بلغ مني الجهد، ثم أرسلني فقال: اقرأ، قلت: ما أنا بقارئ، فأخذني فغطنى الثالثة ثم أرسلني فقال: { اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ * خَلَقَ الْأِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ * اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ }(سورة العلق3:1)، فرجع رسول الله ـ يرجف فؤاده، فدخل على زوجته خديجة بنت خويلد ـ رضي الله عنها ـ، فقال: زملوني، زملوني، فزملوه حتى ذهب عنه الروع، فقال لخديجة : لقد خشيت على نفسي ) ] Hadith narrated by: Aisha, Mother of the Believers | Narrator: Al-Bukhari | Source: Sahih Al-Bukhari | Page or number: 4953 | Summary of the hadith scholar’s ruling: [Sahih] Aisha said: [(The first revelation that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) began with was a vision that came to him in his sleep, and he would not see a vision except that it would come like the break of dawn. Then he loved to be alone, and he would seclude himself in the cave of Hira’, and he would worship there for many nights, before he would go to his family and provision himself for that, then he would return to Khadija and provision himself for the same number of nights, until the truth came to him while he was in the cave of Hira’, and the angel came to him and said: Read. I said: I cannot read. He said: So he took me and covered me until I was exhausted, then he released me and said: Read. I said: I cannot read. He said: So he covered me a second time until I was exhausted, then he released me and said: Read. I said: I cannot read. So he took me and covered me a third time, then he released me and said: {Read in the name of your Lord who created * created “Man is from a clot. Read, and your Lord is the Most Generous.” (Surat Al-Alaq 3:1). The Messenger of God returned, his heart trembling, and entered upon his wife Khadija bint Khuwaylid, may God be pleased with her, and said: “Cover me, cover me.” So they covered him until the fear left him, and he said to Khadija: “I feared for myself.” Second: Today, many people are surprised to read hadiths that mention that Muhammad used to wear women’s clothing when receiving revelation, and that revelation would not come to him unless he was wearing the clothes of his wife Aisha. The Torah and the Gospels did not mention a single prophet who wore women’s clothing when revelation came to him or when he received someone. The hadiths say that the revelation was the angel Gabriel, who resembled a companion named Dihya al-Kalbi.
Because Muhammad received revelation in women’s clothing, and this did not happen with the prophets, it is certain that Gabriel was not an angel, but a devil in the form of an angel. Is it logical that the true God would send his angel to reveal to a human being while he was wearing women’s clothing? (3) كان الوحى يأتى لمحمد وهو يلبس ثوب زوجته عائشة زوجته (أنظر كتاب السنة النبوية الجزء الثانى ص 420 ) (3) The revelation came to Muhammad while he was wearing the garment of his wife Aisha (see the book, The Prophetic Sunnah, Part Two, p. 420). Muhammad wears women’s clothing
We will present the evidence and proofs from the hadiths and their sources, but in brief to avoid prolongation.
